Tiger Reserves India

Tigers are animals that live in both hot and cold areas of Asia. They are nocturnal carnivores that hunt for prey at night. These big cats are solitary and have their own territory, and are one of the world’s Apex Predators. A Siberian tiger can weigh up to 660 pounds. With 53 tiger reserves spread across 18 states, India is famous for conserving the big cats in the wild. It is home to over 70% tiger population in the world. The count of tigers in India has grown from 1,411 in 2006 to 2,967 in 2018, according to the All India Tiger Estimation Report-2018.
